Please help! I need to ship my girl to OK!

I need to ship my female iguana across country, but I'm a little nervous. I'm new to shipping, and have the basics on how to pack her, but seem to be having problems finding an airline and getting a flight set. She's a pet to me too, so her safety is on my mind. I've had her for 8 years. Any help, or the best airline to ship her on, would be appreciated. I need to do this with in the next week or so!
