I've never shipped an iguana but I do ship a lot of bearded dragons. My preference is to use USPS first, then UPS if USPS can't guarantee overnight to the location I'm shipping too. If you want a pressurized cargo area then go with Delta Dash via Delta Air Lines. Check the temperatures for both the destination and any cities the jet will have to land at and make a transfer to another jet. Be sure to use heat packs that last at least 35 hours www.lllreptile.com and pad the iguana in the insulated box. Basically, you want to think like a horse trailer. You want him to be able to move a little but not get hurt if the box gets dropped or mishandled.
