Diet: Try green beans, yellow squash, carrots are okay, but as for the broccoli, use the stems and only a little bit of the flower part (it can prevent proper absortion of other good stuff). Collard or mustard greens make a nice supplement, in fact you can carefully hold the whole leaf in front of them, and they may tear off pieces vs. shredding it for him/her.

86-92 degrees gen temp is ideal, and the cage you have will prob do for the short interim (the bigger the better), but would normally need to be a little larger. Keep water inside, something to climb up on to bask, and use a heat light up top, but not too close as they'll burn themselves without realizing their doing themselves harm. They cary salmenela (sp?), so wash after handling. Movements on your part should be slow, or you'll scare him/her and make it skiddish to you and potentially others in the future.
