Looking for opinions on WAXY buildup in femoral pores--MALE

When I was checking Sleestack's pores against the photo posted on Twinkles, I noticed he has recently got quite the build up in his pores-- the waxy stuff is protruding quite far out. I plan to revisit my manuals to see what they say, but I never noticed this too much with Salvador. So, in the meantime, I was wondering what everyone else's experience was-- do their igs get a lot of build up? Does it wear off on it's own? Do you leave them alone or do they get clogged? Logically I wouldn't think they would cause any problems but just looking for others experiences...
