i don't think the plugs ever get big enough to be a problem for the ig ... iZ's have protruded as much as 1/8" before finally wearing down a bit ... doesn't seem to bother him (tho his humommy thinks it's kinda ucky lookin' ...)

did Salvadore have different things to climb on than Sleestack does??? i have noticed that when iZ have a nice big tree limb, complete with nice rough bark to climb on, it wears down the waxy stuff pretty completely ...

isn't Twinks younger than Sleestack??? i'd think that'd account for the difference in size of waxy build-up too ... or maybe it depends on the ig's own personal mating season schedule???

i do remember reading that it's not something that should be 'removed' or anything like that, tho when iZ's were so big (before the barky tree limb) i *did consider* attempting to smooth them down with an emory board ... ummmm ... can't imagine *that* would go over real well tho!
