My boss and I are having a difference of opinion concerning some of the products the store sells; the most recent is that he wants to sell those "iguana hammocks" and I believe they are junk. Which of us is right?
Though I'm not an iquana fancier, I respect them and try to make sure that people are not making impulse decisions and that they get the right equipment and supplies to properly care for the ig. I read in one recent post a disparaging comment about "that spray stuff" presuming it was referring to calcium spray. Any suggestions about products which are best and products to avoid would be appreciated. I'm trying to do the best thing for both the iguanas and the customers - which I believe will ultimately prove to be the best for the store as well.
One last question. Is it possible to buy captive bred (in the US) iguanas at wholesale prices which are somewhat competitive with those charged by the wholesalers (i.e., $4-6 each depending on the number purchased)? Is so, where/how?
Thank you so much for your assistance.
