UK - Enclosures/free roaming

Any tips or ideas on an enclsoure bearing in mind our cooler climate.

Anyone know of any UK suppliers for this?

How do the dimensions 5ft long by 6 ft high sound...depth is a problem at the moment, I keep reading that it should be at least 3 ft deep but the only place for the enclosure is a 2'3" deep cupboard (max).

I could use the entire room as it is not used much other than when I use my PC. But how practical is an entire room in the UK as come winter it would not be very warm in there. Would a corner set up with heaters etc be enough or do I really need an encloed space to heat up?
