If your extra room isn't used much and you have the room, I would say build yourself an enclosure in one corner. It wouldn't be that hard, and realisticaly, it you put some reaserch into it, and have a little skill, building your own would let you have what you want and not what you get. And as for price, it would be much cheaper.

You will want a basking spot obviously, and if you put a red light on a timer for night, it will keep that area that much warmer after dark.

To give you ideas about building an enclosure, I have added Glenn Merrill's page on exactly that.

As for materials, 2x4s and half inch(1 1/2cm)pywood will work fine as long as you sand them down to prevent any plinters, and add some plastic mesh with 1/4 inch(1cm) square holes in it for airation in large areas. You can mount this with a staple gun and it ought to hold pretty well. Mine does. Hope that helped.
