First of all if you know anything about iguana's you shouldnt have two adult 's in one cage, that is extremly Problem. Iguanas are Solo reptiles, even a male and female shouldnt be in the same Cage. They mature about 3 years of age, the one thats yellowish is probably stressed out because the other one is is more dominate so youur choice is either to seperate them form each other, or get rid of one, I would give the yellowish one to a more advanced iguana owner so they could get it back to normal.
