help ~ injection site swollen????

noticed tonight that iZ's forearm where he had today's injection is swollen ... it doesn't seem to be tender ... haven't noticed this with all the previous injections + don't know what to make of it!?!?!?!?

any words of wisdom would be very appreciated!
