Keep it clean might want to use betadine (povidone-iodine generic name) compresses...saturate a gauze dressing pad and apply it on the wound. Increase the iguanas water...pedilyte soaked pieces of bread, or sips,heavily spray his food with water.
and have the ig seen by the vet asap. Don't know how bad this burn is...but once he's evaluated by the vet the burn tissue is debrided and burn is healing...then I would go with the aloe vera, or zinc oxide or cod liver oil as Bosse one of the posters here has found to work great for his ig with very bad healing burns! Best to wait & see what the vet recommends FIRST!
