Vitamin D-3

Does anyone have a definitive answer on D3 supplements. Most ig vitamins and mineral supplements have D3, some don't. One this forum some have said yes on D3 and some have said no. Has there been any concensus on this. If the answer is overwelmingly yes, then I will start giving our igs vitamins with D3. Any other feedback would be helpful. PS: right now only the monitor gets the vitamins and minerals with D3. Cliff
