Thanks for the prioritization!
Fortunately it's spay week and the vet doing our volunteer spaying is also my exotics vet. I'll arrange to get them over there. (it will be free to the shelter)
I got on Melissa Kaplan's site and made a good iguana salad which I'll take up there tonight. One thing I learned reading that care sheet was that the food they were offering these guys was WAY to big. I also am taking some of my guys collards up there.
I have a good thermometer that Mr. Lyle will probably let me borrow as long as I disinfect it before giving it back. What should the temp be? The shelter has limited heating stuff and I don't have any that I can take out of Mr. Lyle's home. They have a good UVB bulb and I have someone bringing bricks that I can stack up so they can get close enough to it. They have one heat lamp. The also have a heated rock. The really sick guy WON'T budge from it!
I have some people heating pads. Would it be helpful to put one of those under part of the aquarium they're in?
I'm in Manchester New Hampshire. Any rescue folks that can help here? The New Hampshire Herptiles Society no longer has a reptile shelter.
Thanks so much for your help!
Sarah
