You may want a trip to the vet to be sure, but other than that I would keep smearing antibiotic cream on it-- perhaps put some gauze and tape over it to prevent him from messing with it or getting anything in it. What other species is the female? I've heard it can be a bad idea to keep to species together (especially with a male iguana). As far as diet, bananas are not too good for them, perhaps switch with a melon or berry fruit instead. I don't know much about canned food, but if they have proper veggies and calcium you could save yourself some money and not buy it. I really hope his toe heals well (I can tell mine has broken many of his--and I wish I could have taped them up and set them before they grew back crooked) It would probably heal faster if he avoided climbing, but that's kinda hard to tell an iguana. Keep us posted on his condition! :-)
