Hi All,
It's been a while since I have posted on the forum.I kept intouch with all postings and everything has been fine with Iggie since I found him again four months age.
He was sick and I put him outside for some sun.He got out of the cage and was gone for almost a month.I'm not sure if you guys will remember him or not.
He has put on a lot of weight over the summer.I found all the veggies for MK's Iggie Salad.I was able to get the collard greens by special order through the supermarket.
Iggie is as nasty as ever...wouldn't want him anyother way.
I was wondering where the summer is almost over here and the winters snows will soon be upon us.Is there anyway to prepair the dandelion greens for winter? Can they be blanched and frozen for future use?
Iggie loves them and I was hoping there was a way.
I have what I think is the brewers yeast you guys have mentioned. Its Active Dry Brewing Yeast. Is this the right yeast?I have never used it before.
Thanks so much for your help.I will always remember your kindness and support when Iggie was gone and without all of you Iggie wouldn't be here today.
Alta.
