Sure glad to hear that iggy is doing so well. I remember when he started his outdoor adventure and you were so sad. I freeze greens. Every two weeks everyone in the family forms an assembly line and washes, chops, mixes, and stores greens for the freezer. I just chop up all the greens and freeze them without blanching. When defrosted they are a little on the soggy side but not bad. Don't know why you couldn't do the same for dandelion greens as well.
