Hi Alta!! good to see Iggie is doing so well!!
Definately blanch and freeze veggies....very little loss of nutrients IF used within one month and no need for supplements of thiamine/VitaB1.
Do all your greens (collard, mustard) with the blanching method. Get brewers yeast at pet stores too sold for dogs crush & sprinkle on their salad that has been thawed to room temperature before giving it to them(get the kind without garlic..my igs like that better but they will eat it if well mixed in their salad)...the stuff you have is not good for your ig ...imagine it rising in their hind gut!! lol...you need the unleavening/inactive kind!.
