Sounds like this iguana has been seen already by a vet....with those diagnosis' What has the vet said about a course of treatment? I'd follow whatever he/she said to the wire...as for mouthrot...this is INSIDE its mouth?...or is it also outside? Again the vet would of given you a course of treatment (oral antibiotics and cleaning/debridement ideas). .....IF this iguana has not been seen by a herp vet....I strongly urge you to get him to one ASAP....this iguana is beyond home help at this time. Once you've consulted with the vet....then come back and we can help on some of the other things you can do to help him survive. Husbandry , diet correction, supplement info., like that
