feeding stuff to stuff

I have been reading the various comments on the allegedly true post of someone feeding igs to snakes. Since this is like abortion and gun control as far as topics go, I will refrain from commenting except to say that when we had snakes, they got mice, crickets, and meal worms.

Since we also have a savannah monitor, 9 mos old-3lbs-28inches, it also eats live food ( ie: mice ). But his(its) main diet is a mixture of extra lean hamburger ( Costco ), mixed with eggs and vitamins. I make these into little meat balls, three per sandwich bag. These all go into the freezer until breakfast time, when Sydney comes out and waits for his food. Microwave 1 minute and its ready. This is mostly for those of you that have meat eating lizards. There are always healthy alternative to using small fuzzy mammals.
