Iguana harness/leash?

We've been having quite a few hot and humid days out here in Chicago and Linus has been itching to get out. I've already bought two harnesses specifically meant for iguanas and both are crap. One is just a rope that loops around his neck and then his leg and he gets mighty tangled in that. The other is a fake leather harness meant for "medium" iguanas. It's just a sheet with two holes for legs in it that ties around his back. Linus was very patient with me as I struggled to get it on, but try as I might it was too small. Linus is about 3 feet and this was the largest harness they had. Does anyone know of anything else I could try?
