iguana help

Hi I was just wondering if you all had any info on my wonderful Iguana and his eating habits, he is about 2 1/2 and soesnt want to eat on a daily basis he eats about once every 2 weeks or so is this the norm, or should i be concerned?
he also now has a female in his cage will this help his wonderful orange color and will it help him to eat on a regular basis again.
his diet consists of snap peas green beens peaches kiwi pears plums cherries zuchini squash chinese cabbage and sometimes romain lettuce is this the best diet because no one seems to have the answers for a good solid diet can you help with this please??? also we give him calcium supplement on his food all the time.
