Eating once every two weeks is definately not good. Iguanas eat fresh foods every day. First of all, you are giving him too much fruit. The fruits should make up no more than 10% of his diet. Also....Romaine lettuce is a no no. It has almost no nutritional value, and can actually become addictive to an iguana, like junk food to us humans. I'm not sure about the chinese cabbage, however, regular cabbages that you can buy at any old store, are not good either. Most cabbages are high in goitrogens, which can cause thyroid problems. There are many good places to go to get some great info on the proper diet for iguanas. Our site also has a pretty good care sheet. The diet part of the page is finished, so you might want to check that out. There may actually be a ton of other reasons why he isn't eating very good. You need to take him to the vet.
