need help with mouth rot

I have an emerald tree boa with mouth rot, she has been moved into a large tupperware container and both humidity and temps have been increased. She has a vet appointment but not until friday and I don't really trust my vet...he is not a herp vet but the only vet who will look at them. Is there anything I can do to fight this myself. I usually take care of all my herp problems but these problems are few. Any info would be great
