A cricket a day..

I have three firebellies of varried sizes (two are almost full grown the other is a fair bit smaller) and I feed them a cricket a day. Is this too much or too little? I don't want my toads to be svarving or obese, but it's hard to tell because they'd eat all day if they could. They are always rushing to the front of the aquarium whenever someone aproaches is and jumping all over my hands when I clean the tank.
