I would just fed them 1-2 crix apiece, twice a week, removing any uneaten crix after an hour or so, because they can hide underneath tank components, die, and foul the tank like that. Feeding too often could lead to obesity, which is unhealthy. I use the twice-weekly method, using vitamin/calcium powder a few times a month. No need to overfeed, as it is bad for the animals and unnecessary for our pocketbooks!
