My new panther eating...

I just got a new panther. The thing is, he isnt eating crickets, he only is eating meal worms, and he will only eat them when they are crawling on the screen of his cage. The thing is that the only kind of worms that my local pet store sells are meal worms and super worms. I have heard that super worms arent good for chameleons. So he has just been feeding on meal worms. This is not a 100% healthy diet, right? Do I need to be feeding him some other worms? Silk? Butter?
