The greenbeans, corn, and peas are way to hi in protein for your sulcata tortoise (or any other tort.) The romaine hardly has any nutritional value and although it's not bad for tort's or other herbivorous reptiles, it is a waist of time when you can be feeding something much more nutritious for the same $ or less like mustard, collard or dandelyon greens.
Sulcatas come from sub-sahara africa. They often don't see a rain fall for a couple of years and their diet should reflect that. Try hay and fibrous grasses and weeds (yard forage is best).
