There really is no such thing as a 'feeding list'. Think of it this way... it's like a person trying to be raised on McDonalds hamburgers exclusivly. It can be done but you are eventually going to run into deficiencies and/or toxic build up. So what you want to do is provide as much variety as possible. By far the best diet is natural graze. On the grocery greens I have been using Romaine, Escerole, Endive, Kale, Green leaf, Red leaf, Collard greens as the basic staple. I will occasionally add other greens and grated carrot. I do recomend that spinach and chard be used sparingly if at all. Along with this I feed the mazuri chow and Lawn grass clippings. This should give you an idea of what you can feed. Now if you go the 'purist' route, (which btw there is nothing wrong with but is very difficult) everything but natural fare will kill your tortoise. This isn't so. Also, Occasional fruit such as apples, pears and berries are also acceptable. When you get into mellons though it tends to make a mess inside and out and I don't use it because of the mess.
