I have many turtles and tortoises, thats why it was probably left with me -unfortunately it was too late.

I was thinking the batadyne would stop any additional infection, and give me time to get it to my vet. unfortunately that was not the case.

Very interesting though - the bottom left scut looked like it was desolved, and I couldn't tell if the smell was coming from that or the vent.

The tortoise seemed to have good weight, and one of the front scutes was devided a little (open) but there wasn't any wet puss or blood - maybe an old problem.

I really have not seen anything like it in the last 20 or so years that I have had turtles and tortoise.
