It very much depends. One would have to look at the methodology used, the species, the diet prior to the test, whether any other co-factors existed - or not. However - think about it. Why would a grazing herbivore have a digestive tract pH considerably more acidic than, say, a lion or tiger? Make sense to you? No - it doesn't to me either.
