I have to disagree with you. I believe it takes a lot more than a single incident to have an impact on a species' price. If somebody sells a certain snake (or pair) for a very low price to move it fast, it is most likely not on the market for very long and therefore only a small number of people will see the low price. If however, somebody continuosly posts unusually low prices for these animals and keeps that same low pricing on their website, then it would definitely have an impact on the price of that species, and other breeders have a difficult time selling their animals for what they paid for them.
