She aint going to like that aquarium for a while!I've had several wild caught rats over the years, some are fine, some take time, some never really calm down. For now is the aquarium large enough? thats alot of snake! she needs ahide box to feel secure and the only way to get her used to handling is to handle her, get some gloves,approch her slowly ,and try to build her trust. 90%of the rats I've had come around pretty quickly.
