Where can you find the brightest yellow ratsnakes?...

I ask this all the time and don't seem to get a good answer. I've been told that they are the brightest yellow from the Brunswick, GA area but I havn't managed to catch one there yet to confirm it. Can anybody shed light on this?
What's your opinion? Just give me a county and state, and i'll do the rest! hehe..
