: I'm not sure if you mean the BRIGHTEST yellow rat snakes or the brightest YELLOW yellow rat snakes.(some are more orange, some "green/brown) I've caught some very nice ones in Hillsborough and Manatee co. FL, but have also caught some very average ones here too. Hypos have been found in these parts too.
