black rat snakes

does anybody know how to deter black rat snakes from living under my backyard cement slab porch. last year i caught six of them (5'-6' long) and safely re-located them in a nature preserve in my neighborhood. i've now discovered three more this Spring. I certainly don't want to kill them, but i would like to keep them away from my house!!! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
