Vision cages

I am considering a Vision cage for my Indigo, as he has outgrown his current 48" x 18" cage. I've viewed the Vision cages on the net and am wondering about light and heat sources. As they are molded, how does that system work? I see there are formed areas that appear to be for lighting etc., but its not clear to me.
If someone uses these cages could you tell me a bit about setting them up with light and heat.

I'm also considering Cages by Design and Custom Cage options. If anyone has thoughts on these as well, I'd be interested in experiences.
