Clutch sizes can range from as little as 5 to as many as 14. Some Easterns produce very large eggs and because of that produce low numbers. Others produce large numbers of eggs, and the eggs themselves are relatively small for an indigo.
I incubate mine at 80 degrees, with good air flow.
I have known breeders that incubated them at 82-84 degrees with no bad results, but last year mine were inadvertetnly subject to temps of 85 degrees and I expereinced my first ever dead-in-egg neonates. So I would opt for the lowerr temps and make sure that no temp spike causes it to rise up to a higher level, even for short duration. CONGRATULATIONS!! Your work has just begun!!
