possible respitory problem

Hi folks; I need some help. I have a 4yr old female eastern. Great eater, very solid. I was handling her today and water just spilled right from her mouth and nostrils. She is not weezing or showing any other signs of a problem. However, I am concerned. Her cage temp is 72 - 74 degrees. I just put on an additional 50 watt heat bulb to raise the temperature. I have a 100 watt ceramic heater in place already. However, they go off at night, so temp does drop to mid 60's in the room.
Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated.
