Hey Mark,

Sounds like you might have picked her up a little too soon after she guzzled a bunch of water. I have had this happen with Pythons, Boas and large Colubrids.....usually because I go in to clean a cage and do not realize they have been drinking.
Due to the absence of wheezing or other indication of respiratory distress, I would just watch her closely but not worry too much.
