: Hey Mark,
: Sounds like you might have picked her up a little too soon after she guzzled a bunch of water. I have had this happen with Pythons, Boas and large Colubrids.....usually because I go in to clean a cage and do not realize they have been drinking.
: Due to the absence of wheezing or other indication of respiratory distress, I would just watch her closely but not worry too much.
: Hope this helps.
: Peace,

Mark,
the increased heat shoulkd help to clear up any problems, but without the excessive phlegm in the oral cavity, and without the wheezing or railing sounds comeing out of the lungs, i DOUBT your snake has respiratory. My guess, take it to a vet for a oral examination, and tell him about it. Has to be a good reptile vet though, as regular vets are lost when it comes to herps. Just MY opinion.
