I've re-read this entire thread several times, and it is very clear to me what Byron has been saying. I think your whole argument is based on the false assumption that EDBs and WDBs reach the same length, at the same percentage rate per given population. I, too, think that this is a faulty assumption, and it invalidates a lot of conclusions that follow. Your conclusions may still be right, but how you arrived at them is wrong.
