Nice Boa Thomas! We saw quite a bit more as well, but the Terciopelo was the only venomous snake(though was saw about 1/2 dozen, including another juvenile I moved that was surrounded by army ants, and then another even bigger female with several day old babies coiled up nearby.
Non-hots included Eluthrolamprus mimus(?)--the False Coral Snake...though we are skeptical which subspecies is was....doesn't really follow the guides(Savage or Leenders) and a juvenile Mussurana.
I'm going back down in October as well to hunt bushmasters for a few days, then spend another week in Corcovado.
