I have had the same problem with AIRBORNE. They would quote me a rate, and then when I would receive my bill they charged almost double for it. This happene just about every single time. I finally started taking my packages to the counter and pre paying for them to ensure I did not get over charged. They said that when you have an account your supposed to get cheaper and better rates then those without. Well this is FALSE!! If you have an account and ship a package that is 8x4x4 you will be charged $30+ for the shipping , a residential delivery charge, a fuel charge and more, but if you take the same package to the counter and do not have an account you will be charged $20.07 period.
