Yes I know..hardly anyone labels or follows the rules. That is my point exactly. Sure reptiles may be hardy, but what you are saying is ridiculous. Mistakes happen everywhere, I agree. But if you follow the rules, there is someone who can claim responsibility. More than likely there are more regulations as well. Not to mention you save customer's time. I had to go through hell just to get my reptile released to me, because it is illegal where snakes are concerned and it was breaking the rules. I just don't think any excuse is valid. They are what they are and that is simply excuses.
