i was at a local petsmart, and i was skimming through a reptiles magazine, and i believe i found an artical you wrote that had many pictures of beutiful cresteds, some of which were bluish purple. Now i was wondering, are those real, or are the photos changed with a computer? Some of the cresteds you had were fantastic. I personally like the dalmations, and the pinstripe. Do you sell your geckos to the public? If so, could you email me a price list?
The petsmart also had a orange crested there, he was a bueaty, in his own cage. THey are still trying to sell him for $200 though. The only problem with his cage is that the humidity was low, but i asked the person who worked there to spray him, and to keep his humidity higher, and she told me she would.
The keeping of the cresteds at my local petsmart has been remarkably better since the last time i was there. Like i said, he is no longer with the leopard geckos, he now has his own cage and he seems to be thriving, he is fat and he still has his tail. I had said previously that someone stole him, but it turns out that he just got out of his cage, and then a customer found him 3 days later.
below is a picture of my male crested, Bud, but the picture is not very good. He is orange sometimes, tan others, and today he is gray. Its amazing how they can change colors isn't it?
