Perfect turtle housing

Well I have not posted here before but I do know good amount about turtles. I know that sometimes in these forums you can get reemed if you seem like you are posting and you are a newbie. So to the point of this post. I see lots of aquariums in the pictures on this forum. THOSE ARE NOT THE BEST. The best type of cage for a turtle of 4 or more inches are the plastic kiddy pools at kmart or waltmart or whereever you find them. Sometimes they are on sale for 5$. The good thing is they offer alot of space. You can form some really cool looking terrarium/aquarium designs also. Another type of cage(if you got the cash) Is the vision tubs. These add a good amount of depth to the equation too. They are quite pricy.
Tell me what you think? I take critisism well. Also does anyone else use kiddy pools?
