Is my res making me sick?

I have been around my res lately working on a new tank setup in the past few days, and had contact with her for a couple days straight, and suddenly I feel sick in the stomach area. I hope it has nothing to do with my res. How can I tell if my turt may be causing an illness? Thanks!
