All that you have mentioned along with the feeling that there are little people in your intestines poking their way out with straight pins!! I know I had salmonella many years ago (and not from turtles didn't have access to any then). I lost 13 pounds in two weeks. Not a diet I would recommend to the general public though. So if you want to lose weight fast PLEASE DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN KISS A TURTLE!! :-)
