LUMPS on Long nosed vine snakes (ahaetulla nasuta)

Hi,
I just purchased 2 long nosed vines,
They are both active and green but they both have smale lumps on their sides none of them has 2 and the other one has 1.
Does anyone know what this could be and how i can help it?
