I currently own 0.1 banded mangrove snake, and any info regarding her venom secretions would be greatly appreciated by myself, especially if it turns out that it's a little more hot than once thought (even though she's just a kitten and has never taken any kind of defensive posture, rather during the day or at night). Thanks.
This article isn't a report of research findings (if it were, what'd it be doing in Reptiles?), it's a `what it's like to study venomous snakes' sort of thing... with stories from his wife and whatnot. A fun read, but, alas, no analysis of colubrid toxicity...
